Let there be Rock! Well maybe it's a bit too flowery for that - alright let there be Frock! This is the first tune from a three track EP by Lungfish (not the art/punk rock troupe of the same name) named 'Spaceache' Comprising Me (vocs, guitar), Mark Cottrell (guitar, noises), Hadleigh Ford (bass) and James Cliff (drums) Lungfish was a short-lived but essential beat combo that played a couple of gigs in East London before going its separate ways. Great fun only dampened by 5th member, 'Poovey' a peavey bass guitar with more chips on it's shoulder than in it's paintwork. Manfully manhandled by Hadleigh if truth be told he was probably the cause of the split. When the band was getting together I happened to be at a Hadleigh show with his band 'Oedipus' when an old friend standing next to me was enthusing about him. Perhaps to claim some reflected glory I agreed and told him Hadleigh would be playing bass in my band, "I suppose you'll be getting Jeff Buckley to play Tambourine" was his reply.
